Subscription terms
zastranke.si subscriptions are offered for professional use by businesses and individual professionals. The provider is Računalniško programiranje, Aleksei Glebov s.p.

1. Plans and billing periods
Basic costs €15 per month or €162 per year. The plan with invoices costs €19 per month or €205.20 per year. Annual payment covers 12 months at once and gives a 10% discount compared with 12 monthly payments. Enterprise features and payment terms are agreed individually. The payable amount and any applicable tax treatment will be shown before payment.
2. Activation and automatic renewal
Paid access activates immediately after successful payment. The paid month or year starts at that time. The subscription renews automatically for the selected billing period, with a payment charged to your card, until you cancel renewal.
3. Cancelling renewal
To cancel renewal, click “Cancel subscription” in your account before the next payment is charged. Paid features remain available until the end of the paid period. Cancellation stops future renewal; it is not a refund request. If an incorrect charge occurs, email support@zastranke.si from the email address associated with your account.
4. Access after cancellation or expiry
If you cancel renewal without a refund, paid features remain available until the end of the paid period. Afterwards, your account remains accessible in read-only mode: you can view existing information, but clients cannot submit new requests and you cannot create invoices. Cancelling renewal does not delete your data.
5. Refunds
Our refund policy explains when and how you can request a refund. A full refund ends the paid period and automatic renewal. Your account then becomes read-only, without deletion of your data.
6. Requesting data deletion
To delete your data, send a written request, for example to support@zastranke.si. After confirming that the account belongs to you, we will delete your data within 30 calendar days. Documents that must be kept by law are retained for the required period. Cancelling or ending a subscription does not automatically delete your data.
7. Payment and support
You pay for a subscription to zastranke.si, not for services provided by professionals to their clients. For subscription questions, contact support@zastranke.si.
