Refund policy
This policy applies to subscriptions purchased for professional use from Računalniško programiranje, Aleksei Glebov s.p., the provider of zastranke.si.

1. First payment: 14 days
If the platform does not suit you, you can request a full refund of your first subscription payment within 14 calendar days after successful payment. This voluntary policy applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions.
2. Renewal: 7 days
If you did not intend to renew, you can request a full refund within 7 calendar days after the renewal payment, provided you have not used paid features during the new period. For example, paid use includes receiving new client requests or creating invoices when that feature is available. Otherwise, cancelling renewal preserves access through the paid period and stops the next renewal.
3. How to request a refund
Email support@zastranke.si from the email address associated with your account. Identify the payment by its date, amount and payment reference if available, and explain your request. Do not send full card details or security codes. For an incorrect payment or a service that was not provided as agreed, contact the same address so we can investigate.
4. Response and payment timing
We respond within 3 working days after receiving the request. We initiate an approved refund within 5 working days after approval, using the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to credit the funds. Card payments are not refunded in cash.
5. Account after a full refund
A full refund ends the paid period and automatic renewal. Your account remains accessible in read-only mode: existing information can be viewed, but clients cannot submit new requests and you cannot create invoices. Data is not deleted automatically; deletion requires a separate written request as described in the subscription terms.
6. Your rights
This voluntary policy does not limit rights that apply under mandatory law. Individual Enterprise payment and refund terms are agreed separately.
